This is a great article about finding the right shoe for you! Everyone is different and there are so many shoes out there built for different runners. I run in Saucony and have for years. I've tried every shoe and this is the best fit for my wide footsies! Don't forget to take your old shoes in for them to look at. The really good running stores will let you try the shoe out on a treadmill for a couple of runs, and then let you exchange it for a different one, if it doesn't work.
Happy shoe shopping-Lisa

ReplyDeleteNoelle, they do have a place here that will analyze your gait, but I'm not sure if they sell shoes. I'll have to find out where it is and let you know.
ReplyDeleteI found a mall down south that has: Reebok, Marti, Addidas, and two other sport stores. I managed to buy a great pair of reebok running shoes at a great price. Plus a bunch of other running clothes that I needed to keep me motivated. If anyone wants to know where the mall is...ask Victor!
